"Stupid By The Grace of God"
one song each by bedlam hour, tonka toast and unheard. the bedlam hour
track is testament to mosh metal and monster cereals. tonka pop it up with
a fast low fi tune. toast are poppy as well in that sweet baby/papa smurf
sort of way. unherd rockout with there own brand of dc influenced post punk.

it
seems that every mid 90's hardcore band that made it into a studio and slopped
out a demo tape is putting out a discography. cornelius is no exception!
The demo/ 7" along with the original 10" mix, omitted tracks from
both, and a few songs sans the drummer. a blender of various influences,
personalities, and melodrama from the sunny shores of Wilmington, North
Carolina (not to be confused with the japanese import). 19 songs.

the assorted porkchop label started in 91 and it's vinyl days came to a sputtering halt sometime in 98, but in more current news... some of the older stuff has been getting regurgitated in the form of cd discography.
well over two years ago alex of af4 mentioned that the canadian label that was going to publish the assfactor 4 discography, backed out. since assfactor 4 is one of my favorite 90's punk bands, i volunteered my services to release it. tracking down master tapes and reliable audio sources was been very difficult to impossible, but after getting the "ok" from all the band members it looks like it may come together. currently the discog is still in punk rock purgatory, but hopefully it will be sent off to mastering soon as well as the tonka material.
the assorted porkchops 7"s compilation is available in cdr format for those interested.
